This product was very good for my wrists when it comes to gymnastics. I ordered size small and they fit perfectly! I want to point out that when I opened the package a odor cam out with the tiger paws. Even though they take a little bit to break in, they are still good! Have a fun time with them!!🤸‍♂️💪👍🤪😝

My daughter does gymnastics and starting a few months ago, her wrist started hurting. She tried everything, but nothing worked. She recommended Tiger Paws and now, my daughter’s wrist gradually began to heal, and now her wrist is in good condition. At first this was skeptical. The extra small size came with a piece of foam and one plastic piece, while the small size had a piece of foam and two plastic pieces. When you first use them, they feel uncomfortable. But like grips, they need to be broken in. The Tiger Paws fit perfectly and are very snug. I absolutely love the design and how it actually works to protect your wrists.
