perfect for induction stoves
Very expensive but works like a charm on my induction stove. I previously got the smaller 2 quart one but it was too small for basic 4 serving recipes and the yummy broth would keep spilling out. It is cast iron so it works well with induction and spreads the heat effectively but is enameled so you can just pop it in the dishwasher with no prob. Most tagines are baked clay, which supposedly adds a nice flavor to the cooking, which this would not. I can't speak to this. But regardless am very very happy with this product, especially for induction stoves.

Beautiful presentation
I love all things Le Cresuet and the tagine is no exception. Magnificent piece of equipment if you love cooking. Excellent results due to the cast iron bottom and beautiful presentation. Made a Moroccan style pork stew and the results were delicious.

Damaged product
I was looking forward to receiving the item, unfortunately the item arrived with a chip on the outer cast iron base. After paying this amount I am disappointed in receiving the item in this state. A solution to this problem is greatly appreciated. Thanks

very good quality
the lid is very narrow, tapering upward ,this defeat the principle of accumulating the steam inside the tajine ,it should be real cone shaped .
