NeoSport Wetsuits Premium Adult Neoprene 3mm Five Finger Glove

I used this to swim in cold waters below 50 degrees. It worked pretty well in keeping heat from escaping since a lot of heat gets lost through extremities such as fingers and toes during cold-water swimming.My main concern is that the quality is poor. After using this product during this past winter, they developed a lot of holes which required me to buy a repair kit and patch up the holes:  McNett Aquaseal Urethane Repair Adhesive and Sealant Tube, 3/4-Ounce .Even with the holes, it lets in a lot of water and is somewhat difficult to remove after swimming.I would try another brand first, but for me this product got the job done, so I'm pretty satisfied with it.

I would not recommend using this vendor. I purchased two pair of these gloves. One large and one medium pair 3mm NeoSport five finger gloves along with hi top boots to begin a scuba recreation dream. Looking forward to completing our dive gear bag before weekend dive. When the box arrived, I opened it to find four separate boxes. The contents of three (3) of the four (4) items in good shape. But the fourth, a pair of glove was shipped missing the velcro strap. Not loose in the box or never being attached but gone. The glove showed the stiching were the strap was or should have been but it was gone. I would think a company that wishes to provide customers quality products across the country would also strive to provide those customers as problem free items. I would have returned all items, however, my wife said, she would accept the defective item (and try to repair it). This issue should have been avoided by simple quality control of verifing products before shipping.I will consider other resources in the future.

These gloves fit me perfectly and are very comfortable. I used them for freediving in spring caves and one of the fingertips wore a small hole in it after 1 day! I normally propel myself through the cave by pulling on the limestone rocks. Apparently, these gloves weren't made for that. After my second time using them in the same way, the hole got big enough for my finger to fit through.Overall, they're only good for light use because the fingertips and palms are fabric and can easily wear out.

If you are going to be underwater in water cold enough to require neoprene gloves then these won't work. I dive as a living and as soon as I go in the water with these gloves I could fell the cold water rushing through the seems like there were huge holes in them. After an hour of working under water my hands are freezing. As long as your hands aren't submerged they will work well, but like I said no good for diving.

first used when it was 25 degress. in the beginning i was using a handled brush so my hands were getting a little wet but not totally 'immersed'. worked great. when i had to use my shammy that required direct contact [wiping and squeezing out excess water]. my hands started to get a litte cold. again it was 25 degrees outside. i would recommend these for washing a car in winter or anytime if you want to keep your hands dry. since they were neoprene the fit enabled me to have a lot of dexterity.

I agree with many other reviewers, these gloves are not waterproof. One would assume that neoprene gloves would be.In their product description they state "Glued and sewn seams prevent water entry." I find the water coming in directly through the palm.So glueing and sewing the seams is a waste of effort.

These NeoSport Gloves fit well and seemed very well constructed. They are wetsuit material, however, a fact I overlooked, and therefore a bit too stiff and heavy for my needs (moderate temperature kayaking). If I were a diver, however, I would no doubt like them for their apparent toughness and very good fit.

I got a pair as gift! I also have U.S. Divers 3mm.There is no comparison between the two!1. Neosport have inferior stitching quality than us divers2. Immediately passes water onto your hand where the U.S. Divers would resist that much more! I mean miles ahead!3. It is hard to get your hand through the glove as unlike most of gloves, it has a narrow closed loop wrist opening.All in all, don't expect much of this glove. Size was same as U.S. Divers.
