Q: What is the inseam length of these shorts? I am 5'11" and 195 lbs. and 34' waist with muscular thighs, so which size might best fit me?

The inseam is 10" they run just a little long so they don't look like biking shorts which is ok with me, I am 5'8 174lbs the large fit good don't have big thighs, you can go with either A XL or Even a 2XL for just for a little room just depends how you like compression shorts.
