Made No difference

I went on a 1200 calorie diet 2 weeks ago, I think the change of eating helps the weight loss and not the supplements. I am only shooting for a 10 pound weight loss, which are the hardest, so I thought a supplement would help along with energy level....I don't think it has made a difference. I have lost 3 so far in 2 weeks and I honestly think it's because of portion control and calorie control.

Dramatically decreased my appetite!

Haven't noticed any actual weight loss yet, it's still very earlier. Although I will say my appetite has decreased a lot! I was frequently snacking at work n I frequent snacking has decreased dramatically .Same with my late night craves . I will be ordering again. I'm sure with diet and exercise this product will help a lot

Great Product so far!

I like these pills a lot. They give me energy without giving me the jitters, and really curb my appetite. I had originally ordered these and for whatever reason, just put off taking them. I have now been taking these for 2 weeks and have lost 5 lbs. If I keep seeing results then I will definitely buy these again when I am out.

Will purchase again

I absolutely love this product, I had purchased it about 2 weeks ago and so far its working for me, I was not expecting a miracle pill, I just wanted something that will help me with my appetite and this definitely does just that. I have lost 6 lbs. and excited to how much more I would loose on continue use of this product. I change my diet also I eat salad or mostly vegetable and not so much starchy food. I would definitely order this product again. I did not feel any side effect or anything.

Did not do anything

I wanted to like the product based on so many positive reviews, but to be honest it did not work for me. I do not expect a miracle pill to melt weight off with no effort on my part, but I do expect to feel an increase in energy, a suppression of appetite, and an extra kick I need. Sadly, this did not really do any of this.

Definitely reduces appetite. Have noticed less desire to snack overall and I feel fuller faster. I haven't weighed myself yet so I'm not sure if I've actually lost any weight overall, but I think it prevented me from gaining weight while I was on vacation.
