There were many options on here but this one looked to be the most sturdy. Really nice construction and works well. Looks great in the newly updated kitchen.

After about 6 months one cartridge did leak.I replaced it with the spare cartridge that is supplied with the faucet and 3 and a half years later, no problems. Very sturdy and well made. Definitely recommend this.

Both hinges have internal plastic washers. Both leaked, the original model had a defect. The seller instantly sent me a new model!!! Looks great love it

This is a nice faucet but it is difficult to get it installed leak-free because of the design.

I purchase the X001H9V0MH pot filler during a complete kitchen remodel, During installation we discovered a slight plumbing mis-calculation, should have been about 4 inches lower as the vent hood was obstructing the pot filler when it was extended. I reached out to Havin and asked if the pot filler we purchased could be adjusted. Basically I needed the pot filler end of the faucet rotated 180 degrees. Jenny immediately reached and replied unfortunately no there wasn't a way to adjust the one I purchased as it was all one piece. However, she offered to build me one special with the faucet rotated 180 degrees. Jenny and team sent me a picture of how the modified pot filler would look. I agreed the modification would solve my problem. I purchased two faucets just so I had a spare if years down the road I needed to replace the faucet. The cost of the two new faucets was quite a bit cheaper than the rework of the plumbing and back splash. I was so impressed with Jenny & Havin to offer a solution like this. The modified pot filler has been installed and fits perfectly! I have already found a use for my original pot filler. The entire experience with Jenny & Havin has been truly remarkable! I would highly recommend Havin Faucets, their product is well made & attractive but the after purchase support was truly amazing and above & beyond. Thank you Jenny!!

My old pot filler started leaking at all the joints and on off handles. I could not find a manufacture name on it to replace just the O rings and inserts. My friendly plumbing supply store recommended I just buy a new one since the price of parts would be about 1/2 the cost of a new one and mine was over 10 yrs old. I bought this one and imagine my surprise that it was "EXACTLY" the same as the one I had. It was relatively easy to install (getting the old one off was the hardest part). I loved that it came with spare O rings and a spare insert. Hope to get another 10 years from this one.

We bought this pot filler, because we were building a new house. We moved into our home at the end of July 2023, but had purchased this item to be installed, at the beginning of June. We were very excited to use it and it looks great in our kitchen. Unfortunately, the second time we used it, while canning, the pot filler started leaking! I wanted to see whether there is an option to return it, to be replaced, but unfortunately the return window has closed. We are all about second chances, and understand that sometimes things just go wrong. Hoping that we will be contacted by the company who supplied this pot filler, to help us problem solve, or to replace the pot filler, so that we can use it again. Thanks!

It works amazing and the two handles are adjustable, So it fits perfect wherever you want to install it.Good price and comes with a spare cartridge. My last one was cheaper could not find a cartridge... this one totally worth the money!

so far so good and well worth money spent , also contacted seller to see if replacement cartridges available and thay gave me info need if i need to replace in the future ,plus one extra sent with tap .
