Super easy to install and was a perfect replacement unit for one that died. Would definitely buy again.

It did not include 8 thermostat knob a wall canister or 8 front grill

I bought this heater for an apartment and it arrived non functional, so it may be a good heater but I can't comment on that because the one I got from Ace was a dud. Buy and try elsewhere.
