I’ve been taking this every day now for 2 weeks and haven’t noticed any difference yet. Quite big capsules but once taken you don’t have any nasty after taste. For me this product is unfortunately too expensive - I think it’s on special at the moment at around £50… Grateful to have been able to trial them - just hope to notice some improvements before they run out.

Very helpful medicine to take. Perfect for improving hairs, skin, nails quality. Makes my hairs and nails look strong and shiny. Easy to swallow it, capsules have no taste and I didn't notice any side effects from it. After a week of taking this capsules I already noticed difference as my hairs stopped falling out. Also good size pack, its contain 60 capsules and enough for a month. Also this supplement helps a lot to improve sleep quality to. Im absolutely satisfied with the quality of product. And surely can recommend it to all.

Firstly these are not vegetarian/vegan friendly as they contain biocell collagen. This is derived from chickens. The capsule is vegetarian but if you are strict and don’t consume animal derived additives please don’t buy. The size of the capsule is quite large but I found it easy to swallow with water. They need to be taken with a meal like most supplements. The ingredients seem good quality and there are no nasties. No gluten or binders. I’m unsure why the price is so high? At £52.00 pound for 60 capsules, taking twice a day with food, this is a 30 day supply, and it’s not sustainable unless you have a big budget. I don’t feel able to comment on effectiveness as I haven’t been taking them long enough. As I’m of a certain age my hair and skin are aging and I’m hoping these can add some nutrients and improve my skin elasticity. But no idea on their actual effectiveness.

Overall, it feels well formulated and it’s a product I’m comfortable including in my routine. The price seems also reasonable for this compound rich supplement. Too early to comment on effectiveness and skin improvement as of yet.
