great product, fits and works! little less wide, but fits well! the old one cracked

Bought last year to have on hand. Tried to useIt. It was warped and would never work. Bad on me for not testing it out immediately. I burn six tons a year so I’ve replaced a few times in last ten years. Some people say it fit so try it out immediately if its a spare. Can’t give it a zero but for 200 bucks its a minus 10.

I ordered a baffle for my fireplace insert. It arrived within a few days and fit perfectly. I was very satisfied with the service and product. OOPS, I take it back. The baffle cracked in January. I asked if there was a warranty on it but have not heard from the dealer.

My previous backsplash warped and cracked (like the previous 3 or 4) so I tried this one from Amazon. Even though it’s a LITTLE narrow, it fits in the stove and has worked very well. Hopefully it lasts longer than all the previous ones I’ve purchased from the company that cleans my stove. This one was only slightly less expensive but at least I didn’t have to drive 45 minutes to pick it up.

Was exactly what we needed. Our old one blew a 2 piece hole the size of a baseball while in use. This replacement was easy to find, purchase and install ourselves. Saving a lot of money. Thank you!

This isn't even an oem part. You can only find that information if you look into the extended information about the product.It doesn't actually fit the stove. It's too narrow and also won't insert completely into the stove and allow us to close it

Nice fit although the original clips were loose with this new baffle, so we had to do a little bit of jury rigging to make them tight. We are happy to get our heat back. Our original baffle warped and cracked after 5 plus years of use.

Item arrived in a few days, appears to be OEM part as advertised(flame in diamond on front of casting), for a much better price($175) than I have seen elsewhere. The problem is that the baffle doesn't fit into the stove. It appears that the part of the baffle that extends the drop tube to the fire pot is hanging up on the heat exchanger just above the drop tube. I have reached out to the seller(Pellethead/Earth Sense Energy Systems, Inc) multiple times via Amazon and directly via email and phone and so far have not received a response. I finally reached out to the manufacturer, and they responded next business day and I just sent them photos, etc. We will see what comes of this interaction...
