Description

The CNC Shark® Touch Probe attaches to the router in any CNC Shark® Routing System to trace objects down to 0.001" detail allowing the user to import image data for replicating objects, shapes and patterns. Simply program the Shark to operate at the same detail level as the Touch Probe scan to reproduce the object later. Works well for replicating basic shapes for carvings or reproducing damaged areas on antiques or other irreplaceable items. Requires Cut 3D Software or similar software to be used with the CNC Shark models. Made in the USA. NOTE: To avoid accidents or injury, always be sure to unplug the router prior to attaching the Touch Probe. Touch Probe is compatible with the following machines: CNC Shark Routing System CNC Shark Pro Plus Routing System CNC Shark HD 2.0 Routing System The probe does not work with the 54111 CNC Piranha Introducing CNCSharkTalk.com, a new website presented by Rockler where CNC Shark® users can chat together, watch how-to videos, ask questions, learn from each other and even show off their CNC Shark projects.
