I can't say these have resulted in any weight loss, but they have been very comfortable. I have them in my main set of sneakers and feel the "ahhhh, this is good" feeling as I walk around in them. I have not noticed my shoes being extra hot or extra cold, just normal. I do not have plantar fasciitis, so I cannot speak to that. I was just looking for magnetic insoles that would give some relief to super tired from feet and I am happy to say I found that in these!

The inserts really help my tired feet when I’ve been walking all day! I like that you can trim them if you need to so they will fit in whatever shoes you choose. They feel so good. I have even put them in my socks when I want to walk around the house without shoes because I love the way they feel!

Very easy to use, very comfortable

I got this for my husband. He has narrow little lady feet and it seems like he is always complaining about his feet hurting. He also has high arches so I got him some insoles so I won't hear him complain anymore. Good news is, after almost a week of using them, I have experienced a 75% reduction in complaints from his mouth which means I think the insoles are bottling his inner complaint department. They arrived as two large pieces that you can cut to size which was great since he has smaller feet and have little spots i guess designed to massage the foot as the user wears it. He really needs it. He still has some aches and pains but much less than before and actually mowed the yard for the first time this year. I call this a win.

These insoles are made put of a material that doesnt absorb smells (which is really nice since they are under your foot all day).Nice insert to provide a little extra cushion and comfort !

These fit inside of my sneakers perfectly and were true to size. All of the raised areas are in the right place under my feet. For being semi hard insoles they are actually comfortable.

Got the to help ease my foot pain and so far the results have been really good! The pressure points hit just right to massage my feet while I'm walking! Great!
