I bought this massager for my mom for a Mother's day gift. The one thing I dislike and is misleading is the product says it's heated. If it is, please advise how to operate.

Nice message. A little small. But can’t wear for a long time.
I was really excited about this neck message pillow. The message functionality is effective. And I like the fact that I have options for modes. However, the pillow is a bit small and if you travel as much as me the message tool pokes you in the neck. You might end up being sore. So unfortunately I think I’m going to return this one. I travel every month and I need something that will support my neck and ease the tension in my neck.
