can i use 5000 mile and change oil fillter ?

If you mean to replace your filter every 5k miles,yes you can but it's always better to replaced it every time you replace your engine oil,I replace mine every 4 or 5 months regardless how many miles i have runned,but i always replaced the filter when replacing the oil and never had a problem in 16 years.

is this filter good for synthetic oil?

I use Castrol GTX which is a synthetic blend in my 96 T100 @345000 miles and still do not burn oil...In my opinion the factory Toyota oil filters will and do work fine with full synthetics and blends.

esacta mente no se pero la malloria de filtros de aceite son para 3000 millas, usando aceite cintetico conpleto a qui en el Desierto yo cambio el oil filtro que no pasen las 4000 millas por el climate estremoso caliente, yo recomiendo cambiarlo cada 4,000 millas no important que clima Estes viviendo
