Is this suitable for both US and Europe models???

Mine came from a supplier in the USA and fits my UK model perfectly - I think the fit is universal with Kitchenaid stand mixers.

Would you be able to grind coffee beans?

You wouldn't get an even grind on the beans as this is for meat and appears to be a spiral grinder for soft foods. I would use a bean/ spice grinder for coffee to get the best flavoured cup of coffee from your beans. Hope this helps.

Is product The silver/metal kitchen aid food grinder dishwasher safe?

You can but recommend to clean the from sticky food before put them in the dishwasher

I am satisfied with this product

I have already used it a few times. It does its job very well, it is easy to use and wash. Good quality material.I wasn't confident at first. I thought it wasn't genuine. It came very nicely packed in a box, with all the accessories from the picture.So ... yes, I recommend it.
