Q: Is battery replaceable?

The battery is an 18650 lithium ion cell and it is absolutely replaceable. You need to unscrew the base and two more screws. 18650 cells have excellent longevity so it's likely the plastics will degrade and the metal internals will corrode before the cell expires. But just in case you need to replace the battery, they are a few bucks on eBay. And yes, you can remove the battery and charge it in a separate charger, although that would be very inconvenient.

Q: Can you change the battery?

Good question. I wondered that two, so unscrewed the panel and looked in. In my opinion, no, it appears to be a custom larger than normal size battery taped up and placed in a very difficult portion of the inner workings, so I'm not going to.

Q: How many lights come in this set

Only one - but it’s big (10-12 inches long) and beautiful! Light changes color!

Q: My yard is in the shade for most of the day. Will the rocks turn on as soon as it gets shady?

It will still need to be around dusk in most cases. It is important that the lamps receive direct sunlight during the day to perform their best. If left in a very shady area during the day, performance will be less than it would be if the lamps were in more direct sunlight.
