I love this quick and easy mash potato mix. I do use the regular plain potato flakes on occasion because I need to watch my sodium intake but this is the best tasting and so convenient and for one persons a single package will last me 4 sittings with 4 meals so that's 2 days for one person. Economical and convenient. But always strive for fresh whenever you can.

I've been getting Idaho instant mashed potatoes for decades. Now that I realize that Amazon handles it, and the price was right compared to my local grocery store that does not handle it in bulk, I bought this from Amazon because I find the mashed potatoes tastes very good for me.

Buttery flavour smooth texture with correct amount of water added is important or else becomes too wet like soup. Great product no other brands I know of can satisfy my taste like this. Highly recommended for those who fo not have time to boil and mash fresh potatoes.
