Great concise book on crossfit.
I have been doing crossfit for 7 months but the cost was hard to keep up with. I was paying between $125 to $150 per month. Then my kid's school schedule changed and I could no longer go from 5:30 am to 6;30am. I switched to Lifetime Fitness and found an App that had crossfit workouts. This book has more workouts than my app and I am able to continue at half the price and go on my own schedule. Great book!

Not as good as I thought
Lots of typos in the book which i find hilarious! Its good if you are going to be somewhere and do not have internet access becasue all of these WOD's are on crossfit websites . If you are on a cruise and or somewhere where roaming charges will be an issue its good to have other than that like a crossfit home page and get the workouts ....WOD's 2.0: A Collection of More Than 200 Great WOD's

You Get What You Pay For
If you're expecting a detailed explanation of each exercise within each WOD to include photos, you'll be disappointed. However, if you're familiar with the terms and train in CrossFit, you'll find the book as a good, quick reference for the different WOD's. I purchased the paperback version. WOD's are also categorized. If you're expecting more than a list of the different WOD's, look elsewhere.

For what it's worth
I'm a professional trainer and although I rarely recommend crossfit to people seeking advice, this book has what it claims to have. Crossfit is not a one-size-fits-all workout so proceed with caution, but the information covered is valid and accurate.

Meh
Poor layout and lots of typos, but all the workouts are there. With the typos, I'm wondering if in some of the rep numbers might be incorrect. Most of the typos are simple words like "countries" (spelled contries) or "improve" (spelled "imporve). The ebook is likely self-published, and the writer/publisher didn't bother to run a spell check. After paying for and downloading this product, I realized that all the workouts listed are available for free at the Crossfit website. Doh!
