Barnetts Christmas Gift Baskets Biscotti Gifts

Gifted these as thank yous for a few college mentors I have, as part of housewarming gifts with wine. I got so many compliments and every person later said they really enjoyed these. I bought one for myself as well, because, why not lol! And they were DELICIOUS! I had mine with my homemade chocolate matcha cappuccino and felt fancy with a face mask for a self treat day. I love that they're really crunchy so you have to slow down to enjoy them. Awesome quality! I have it saved as my go to for gifts... I'm in college and it's so hard to think of what to gift my professors... Until now!

Sent the same item to both mothers as a simple mothers day gift. ( better than a card) on top of a gift. Both didnt like flavor but like the thought / presentation. Maybe a bad batch?

In my quest to find a fun and tasty Christmas gift this year for all of my friends who already have everything I thought I'd first try these out and am so glad I did. These are not like any biscotti I have every eaten. The texture was nothing like traditional biscotti, there was no taste, the toppings were stuck to the wrapper and they were so disappointingly stale (there is a difference between stale and dry). What would have redeemed these cookies would have been any kind of flavor and these 5 had none. These little cookies are expensive for what you receive. None of us even finished tasting them, they just weren't worth the caloric intake. Update: I heard from the company, apologizing for the order and offering to send me a new package of biscotti. I deeply appreciate their caring and generosity- you don't see that everyday anymore. I did decline. Instead, I have decided to learn how to make it myself and flavor it to my friends specific likings. Barnetts, you're a class act. I appreciate your integrity.

These are like cookies and not biscotti. Even the size of each are smaller than real biscotti. Not what I was expecting. Fair for being cookies.

This is the perfect gift to give to someone when visiting their house! I brought this to my boyfriend's family's gathering and it was the perfect thing to bring. Everyone oohed and aahed over the yummy treats and this just looks NICE!

The box arrived with a pretty little bow and each biscotti was broken in many pieces. Also, they were crunchy rather “mushy” as in stale. Don’t recommend! REVISED REVIEW After I posted my first review, I was contacted by the company with an offer to send me a new box of biscotti for no charge. It arrived yesterday in a well wrapped package with an ice pack to prevent any chocolate from melting. They were perfect and quite tasty. Kudos to this company for addressing a complaint and “making it right”. Greatly appreciate such great customer service. Mary
