Western Chief Little Girls' Wings Rain Coat

My daughter loves this. The detachable butterfly wings are often worn at playtime. She wants to wear the coat everyday regardless of the weather. It works well in the rain. We can't go out without someone commenting on how cute the coat is or wishing they had . One. Nice quality and good fit.

This rain coat is working great for us. It is very cute, and the girls are always excited to wear it (got the same one in 4T for my older daughter as well). It is functional against the rain, and has a cotton lining so it nicer to wear + provides a little bit of warmth. It attracts attention wherever we go. The wings just hang down, no wires in the fabric to keep them in shape, but they are a nice addition nevertheless. Very happy with the purchase.

Sleaves are a little on the short side. I wish that Western Chief sizes went higher than 6X. Overall, it is a cute rain coat. We have purchased three other Western Chief rain coats. I prefer the non-shiny fabric but this is the only style that was available in 6X. I am not sure what brand of rain gear I am going to purchase next year for my daughter.

This was a good buy for the price. I ordered next size up as outerwear is best like that. It is a bit larger, but the head piece is too small. My 1 1/2 yr old is petite, and yet the hood is difficult to go over her head. Since its more for girls, if your girl wears her hair in a pony tail or up, it will barely go over it and messes up the hair from trying to get it over there head. Just seems like they shouldv'e added more material to the hood part. Other than that....she luvs it and looks adorable. Its function is great once you can get the hood over head.

I absolutely love this raincoat, my 3 yr old daughter has the matching boots that we love as well. It is very well made and of better quality than I thought for the price. The wings on the back are removable and super cute. I recommend this product for your princess.

The raincoat is too shiny and even though the size is accurate for a 4 year old, the hood is too small. So pretty useless to serve the purpose of being a raincoat. When asked to return the product, I was asked to pay the return postage since they do not cover the size issues. This product is defective because of the design of the hood.Product still sitting on the shelf ready to be returned. Still do not think it is fair to be asked to pay postage for returning something for a valid reason. Never had a problem in returning things on amazon when the size was an issue. Will be rethinking twice before ordering from now on.

I have to say that I order on amazon all the time, but I rarely write reviews. I think this may be my third review ever. I just opened up the box and this coat is SO SO SO CUTE. I have to say that I was hesitant to order it. The shininess seemed really shiny and I just wasnt sure that I would like it. But I thought my girls would, so I went ahead and ordered it. And I couldnt be happier. I am SO glad that I did. It is ADORABLE. And the matching boots are to die for. If you are on the fence about ordering this, do it. You won't regret it.

I got this a size larger to make last thru next year in Spring & Summer. The Butterfly Wings Cape was a much loved added feature.Great hit with my granddaughter and her whole family! So adorable and great quality. Highly recommend for design, fun and quality! Recommend getting the matching boots to complete the outfit!
