Comfortable, fits well, supportive - don't buy mesh lined swimsuits ever again!
I will never buy a regular swimsuit with that mesh liner that wear out in a couple of wears. I bought a pair of these and an UNLINED pair of swimming shorts - I'll never go back. I've bought many pairs since, I have a half-dozen, I wear them for everything from yard work to recreation. Super comfortable, holds things where they need to be, breathable and drys quickly whether you're sweating or swimming. Nice and soft. I put them in the washer and let them line dry, they're in good condition after many cycles. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, Stylish, and Affordable - A Great Find!
I recently purchased the AIMPACT Men's Vintage Swim Briefs, and I enjoyed wearing them on vacation in Puerto Vallarta! Here's why: Fit: The swim briefs fit well, true to size. They're comfortable and provide a full range of motion. Material: The quick-dry material is fantastic - lightweight, breathable, and soft against the skin. Drawstring: The adjustable drawstring ensures a secure fit. Price: Unbeatable value for the price! I've paid more for similar swimsuits that don't match this quality. Pros: · Comfortable fit · Nice material (quick-dry and breathable) · Adjustable drawstring for secure fit · Affordable price · Stylish classic design Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with these swim briefs. They're perfect for lounging by the pool, swimming laps, or hitting the beach. The quality exceeds expectations, especially considering the price. If you're looking for a reliable, comfortable, and stylish swimsuit, I highly recommend giving AIMPACT a try!

Surprise Quality... for real!
I am a fitness swimmer (2km a couple times a week). Prior to this I wore 2eros Core V10 that have the tie on the inside, those fit great, and lasted... I wear the 2eros print V10s for leisure (beach, pool), so the tan-line was the same (my wife likes them too). Problem is, those swimsuits are really expensive these days (big price hike over the past two years..., over $55 for V10 Core, and more for the prints). So I tried these (Medium 2-pack, black & royal blue). These fit absolutely perfectly. The cut is nearly identical to the V10 suits, so same tan line, they hug the same, have the extra pouch room up front (I'm a guy, so we have something up there, the smooth-front tucking suits just are not comfortable for a long swim or leisure). I would say that the Medium is equivalent to the 2eros size Large. The material is the thicker type that you would expect in a quality suit (like 2eros, Speedos...). They stayed put for the 2km swim, no ballooning in the back. It has a nice drawstring (wider than most, more comfortable). OK I don't know how long they will last, but at this price, it really doesn't matter! For reference, I am 190lbs, 5'11", and wear size 32 and 33 slim Levis... and the size medium is a perfect fit. You really can't beat the $14 price... Note that I did try other little-known brand suits on Amazon... very thin material, not good for fitness swimming. The highest quality other brand I got was excellent cut and material, but no drawstring... had to fight to keep them in place, so no fitness swimming in those! I highly recommend, and will purchase more as these wear out!

It fits, but also doesn't fit, but gets the job done
When going to water parks and the like, I prefer to wear baggy board shorts, because (some of) those have pockets for keys and stuff, if you don't want to leave certain valuables in lockers. Problem is that my favorite board shorts do not have any kind of liner, mesh, or other contraption to keep the goods contained...so when they get wet, the shorts cling to things and give a presentation of items that are not appropriate for display in certain family-friendly environments. I ordered these to wear underneath board shorts, because regular underwear doesn't dry as fast as swim briefs, especially if worn under wet board shorts. I'm 6'4" and about 240. Not as fit as I used to be, but not a blubbery mess either....not yet anyway, but one can dream.... I normally wear large, 36/38 in underwear and shorts. Reading the size chart, I went with XL for these swim briefs. The XL fit me okay, waist-wise, and the drawstring wasitband is very helpful (and I'd say necessary, because these were slightly loose - I don't think they would necessarily fall off on their own, but it doesn't take much effort to pull them down unless they are cinched and tied). The crotch doesn't match, however, so if you are working with heavy equipment, like I am, you might find the pouch area a little too restricting. It's like a large+ waist with a medium crotch. I wouldn't say it's terribly uncomfortable to the point of pain, but it's a bit more compact than I hoped for in an XL garment. I wore them all day at a water park and they did what I needed them to do. I was not in pain or tremendous discomfort, but I did have more shopping on my mind throughout the day, in search of something more accommodating to supporting large parts without squishing them too much, so the lack of room was noticeable. (I have this problem with regular underwear too, but that's a discussion for future reviews.) But they did prevent inappropriate brandishing through wet board shorts, so they did what I wanted them to do...just not as comfortably as I had hoped they would for the size. For average equipped dudes, this is probably going to be just fine. I do think they are a good material and they dried fairly quickly for not being directly exposed to the sun (worn under board shorts). I tried them on wet as well and at least with the gray color, they didn't turn into a see-through material when wet, as some other swim briefs allegedly do, so those of you looking to wear only these without putting on a show, they should suffice. So, I will only take off one star for the review, because they are not perfect for me and my stuff. I will however still use them until I find something better, and probably just experiment with positioning of my parts underneath, since I'll be wearing board shorts over these anyway.

Very nice Swimwear
Purchased this suit for my husband and he was very pleased with the fabric. It wasn't thin and see through. It also didn't turn yellow from the chlorine in the pool. The fit was great.

Not durable for lap swimming
I wanted to like these so bad. And at first, I did. They looked great. Not as snug as I would have wanted though. I got size S and my waist is 29.5". The durability after two swims in a salt/chlorine-based pool showed its true colors (no pun intended). I had to throw them out. It's a shame because they have so many different color variations. Maybe they are intended for other activities, just not lap swimming?
