The first day, I could only wear these for a minute. Now, I can wear them for 30 minutes at a time and even walk back and forth. They really loosen up your plantar fascia and your legs. I used to wake up very stiff in the legs but now I step into these immediately. I am not sure if it is working on my organs but I like these a lot and find them so helpful. If you are heavyset, note that you will press into the stones more and will find it more painful. Try using socks the first few times. I wear them with bare feet now 20-30. minutes at a time. I think some people say to shift back and forth in the slippers. These are very helpful if you walk a lot, and also if you have bunions, I think. I gave them a 3 for comfort but comfort really isn't the point with these slippers. You are not buying them for memory foam softness.

These Foot Massage Shoes are very well made and the way the stones are aligned they hit all the right pressure points in the foot. At first I could only take a few steps in them because the nerve endings to the various body organs were very sore. I would just stand in them allowing my body weight and gravity to press into the points. Ahh... after about 3 weeks I can walk comfortably around the house for a few minutes. At almost 70 years old, I am sure my organs appreciate the blood flow!

I bought these to help with Plantar Fasciitis pain. They are very painful to walk in but if you can stand it (literally stand) for 5-10 minutes they help with the pain.

I returned these sandals as they made my feet feel painful. The stones were a little too raised and dug totally into my foot making it impossible for me to walk comfortably with them on. I will say that the vendor accepted the return right away though so I give kudos to the vendor.

These things are awesome. At first it feels a little weird, but your feet really get used to it. I was pretty skeptical, but after wearing them for much of the day yesterday, my feet feel great today! I actually woke up wanting to put these on my feet. These should have been a thing years ago! Definitely worth the money, I would recommend to anyone

Barefoot walking as kids on small rocks and other surfaces that’s exactly how I feel wearing this slippers. Hurts of course and a the same time is healing. Definitely worth it

Not sure if im just not wearing it long enough our too long .I dont see what the results supposed to be like. But the kids love it and say they feel good.

I have osteoarthritis in my feet and have to wear orthopedic inlays. I can’t wear other shoes or my feet hurt. I bought these hoping that they help my feet when wearing other shoes. Well, i haven’t been hiking yet (no inlays in those) but my feet haven’t hurt since I wore these slippers. Yes, there is some pain in the beginning but I am now able to almost run up and down the stairs in them barefoot. If I wear them too long, and stand in them while i work in the kitchen i feel my heel at night. So maybe one should not over do it…. I wear them for at least 5 hours a day. Feels great. But now i know i need to take breaks as well…. Anyway, i recommended them to anyone! True believer of acupressure

il faut un temps d'adaptation car ça fait mal au début, deux à trois semaines à marcher bizarrement, et après on retrouve le sourire, soyez patient !

Con estas chanclas, el alivio y la relajación se consigue cuando dejas de utilizarlas, si!!, quizás no sea la persona más indicada para hablar de este tema, pero lo cierto es que a pesar de no ser nada agradables para andar, hay quienes sí las aconsejan y otros, y me refiero a expertos, que ni siquiera las mencionan, al menos, para trarar la inflamación que produce la fascitis plantar que es uno de los problemas que más he padecido y entiendo. De ahí que tomemos precauciones, ya que tratar de disminuir la tensión generada en la fascia plantar, tiene soluciones pero ninguna pasa por utilizar estas tipo de zapatillas, aunque es muy posible que su uso regular pueda llegar a aliviar puntualmente ese problema pero de ninguna de las formas solucionarlo, ojalá!!! En fin, siempre que tengamos claro que no vamos a agravar ninguno de nuestros problemas y que éste tipo de zapatillas pueden llegar a beneficiar en todo o en parte nuestra salud, adelante!!, sólo puedo limitarme a adelantaros respecto a estas zapatillas, que no he encontrado nada que pueda hacerme creer que estén mal construidas o que la calidad de todo su empedrado y el resto de materiales sea deficiente, al contrario, creo que éste modelo está pensado y construido con un concienzudo y sensible cuidado. Ahora, la decisión sólo depende de vosotros.
