Being a sufferer of Plantar Ficiitus, I can honestly say that these gel inserts really bring relief. Two pair in the price, so saves swopping them. One side of the insert is sticky so they stop in place. Should they become soiled, a quick wipe with a damp cloth, and they are good as new.

Purchased to put in trainers when I am Zumbering, cheaper alternative to purchasing Zumba trainers ;-) I think they do the job, they are comfortable & not had any problems with them. Easy to wash and keep clean

Wish they came in a bigger pack which was more cost economical as they are good in start but worn out within weeks

I don't have plantar but a sore heel. These relieve the pressure when walking and are a great price.

Not quite sticky enough. Move around when putting your foot in.

I’ve got tendons made of glass; these are helpful with easing the pain. Wear them in my trainers everyday without fail - would recommend for anyone with pain in calves or Achilles.

Ich bin sehr beeindruckt von den gelkissen ich trage die seit ein paar Tagen und bis jetzt habe ich keine Beschwerden. Im Gegenteil es fühlt sich sehr angenehm an meiner Ferse und in meine Schuhe passt es auch sehr gut rein und rutscht nicht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Für meine Füsse zu unbequem und hart. Probiert und für "schlecht" befunden
