I have to admit, we were quite skeptical given the recent review a mere weeks prior to our purchase saying this product doesn't have enough coverage in the crotch area. And the need for coverage is what we were purchasing them for, since our potty-trained 2-year-old still wears size 18mo pants, yet most "big girl underwear" starts at a large size 2. She was hanging out all over the place in the size 2's! The deal with the hubby was if these didn't fit that I was going straight to Target to purchase big boy underwear, since those crotches are extremely wide and would guarantee coverage. I was even more skeptical when I opened the package and saw how tiny the crotch was... smaller in width than all the size 2's we've been trying... how was this going to provide MORE coverage? Voila! Amazing. No purchasing big boy underwear. To keep from having to do laundry every 3 days, we bought a 2nd set and although these are pricier than anything else I've seen, they are fully worth the price.

We bought my daughter a size 5, but the 4 would have fit better (they shrank a bit in the wash, but not enough to fit well). She didn't care. She has worn them every day and wants to know when her knew size 4 ones will arrive. Seeing her in them these 3 days, I can't believe the difference. For the first time in her underwear-wearing life, she was NOT grabbing at herself all day and complaining that her underwear was stuck in her bum. I almost hesitated to buy the smaller size, but have ordered them to see the difference. Either way we will keep these. And my 8 year old wanted some too, so hers are on the way!I bought them because my daughter has very sensitive skin. While not organic, they do claim to use gentler dyes. I am hoping she will tolerate them well (so far no problems, but it's only been 3 days). She had absolutely no complaints about these at all. And really, the lack of complaints or tugging motions at her bum is night and DAY with this underwear. Very happy.

Yes the crotch on these is narrower than the store bought 6 packs of character underpants, but these are also softer and more comfortable for my daughter so she has adjusted to wearing these. I wouldn't let her wear these under a dress without wearing a pair of shorts on top though, because she jumps around and does gymnastics and I feel these underwear might slip around. They keep their shape through many washes, and she loves these. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for. I am taking off one star because her size is not available (7) and I hope it hasn't been discontinued! I was planning on ordering more, but I won't jump to the next size up (8) because I feel they would be too loose.

The underwear is nice and it probably fits true to size. They are slightly big on my daughter but she's a bit thin for her age. It looks well made but I was hoping they'd be much softer. My daughter is autistic and a little particular with the softness of the fabrics. These seem to have been accepted by her but I was afraid for a moment as the part with the stitches felt a little rough. I bought her before some underwear from "So Jenni" which were really perfect soft and seamless and much cheaper than these. Again, I am not saying these are bad or anything but I just think if the stitching could be a little more hidden somehow, they would be much better

This is the second time I have ordered these panties for my little girl. She really likes them. They are comfortable and well made. There is a significant difference in the quality of these panties compared to those you buy in bulk at a retail store. I also love supporting our American workers.

These are soft and do not expose the skin to irritating elastic. The fabric is somewhat thicker than the standard Hanes or Fruit of the Loom character panties little girls often choose. My 6 year old is happy with them and pleased to have comfy underwear. She's almost 7 years old and wears an 8 in these, so I think they run a little small. I got them for a good price but not sure the full price is worth it. Hannah Anderson and other expensive brands may be more fun.
