Best.Work.Gloves
Well Lamont are without question the best gloves for "yard" work (we've got several acres). When it comes to handling blackberry vines and the like, "gardeners gloves" just won't protect your hands. For the best hand / finger protection available, I'd take Wells Lamont any day. (Note: these gloves are not for 'fine' working--you're not going to picking up a dime or small mechanical parts.). I won't let my wife workout with me unless she's wearing these gloves. Shipment was on-time and arrived perfectly packaged (not always the case with other shippers).

These gloves are durable and wear very well. Only work gloves I will buy and wear!

Great leather work gloves.
Use these gloves each year for cutting and processing our firewood.No gloves can withstand this function very long before the wood starts to wear them out. Protect well against the slivers the wood can give you. Have been using these for over 15 years now, and will continue to purchase in the future.

Second time buying - loose this time
I am buying these gloves for the second time. The first time was amazing - perfect fit, lasted me over two years with daily use. It's still pretty fine, just gotten dirty with the work I do. So, I thought of getting a new one. But the new one, doesn't fit the same way. It much looser, and therefore the grip hasn't been good. I am still using my old one for the most part.

Great Product - Lousy Size Guide
According to their size guide I should wear a medium. I'm 6ft 200lb. I don't wear a medium ANYTHING! I ordered what they said to order and of course it is way too small and must be returned. I like the gloves - have had them before - but don't trust the size guide. Take your measurements then order the next size up. I'm hoping I can wear a large (what I ordered) but will not be surprised if I need an XL instead. These things were small enough to fit my little 5'4" wifey.
