Great value for money I used this for decorating and my husband used it for cutting the hedge. It is lightweight so easy to carry and sturdy when in use.

Couldn’t give it 5 stars because some of the paintwork on the handlebars was badly scuffed due to them not being individually wrapped within the box, probably leading to those items moving about in the box and getting marked by the box staples. Doesn’t affect its function so not bothering to seek a replacement, but feel the supplier should remedy this for future buyers. Haven’t used it yet but it seems sturdy enough and will enable me to reach some high points for painting.

This is the best ladder I have brought my hubby to be the last one I brought the bottom studs that protect the floor came of then the second one came of and we was looking all over the house for the studs and could not find them then the steps my hubby fell because the protective rubber like you get in a wet room anti slip so my hubby got compensation we only had the step ladder two weeks. So we took them to court and won. This Ladder is amazing I was not sure at first when I saw the photo of this Ladder but so many people said it was an a amazing Ladder when it came it was flat pack my hubby put it together and we used it about 20 times now it's the best Ladder I have had.

As I am an older female. I purchased these ladders to trim my very high hedges. They are ideal for the job but hurt my shins on the steps when leaning over.Apart from that they did the job well.

I live alone so have to be ready for jobs that need doing like clean soffit boards cutting hedges etc didn’t feel safe on my old smaller steps absolutely love my new steps sturdy non slip and most of all safety rail high enough to hold with one hand while using the other to complete the task in hand also price very competitive. Well pleased with this purchase

IT GIVES ME A LITTLE MORE REASSURANCE WITH THE SIDE RAILS TO HOLD ON TO. STABILITY IF I WAS YOUNG AND MY DISABILITY WASN'T SHAKY IT WOULD BE VERY STURDY.

The two handrails were difficult to fit and both were left sided, so the one on the right hand side does not fit properly

The only reason I have only given it 3 stars is the assembly,I needed to get a mallet to put the top handle onto the steps, it just didn't fit. I think it had been twisted or bent.Now assembled it's a good sturdy ladder,a bit on the heavy side to carry about,but feels safe to climb.
