Hi You would need to double check the fitting on the smart TRV. Head Thread is M30 x 1.5 so the TRV body can fit most Smart TRV heads.

Hi The image shows a 3/4 union nut that connects the body of the valve and the coupler, The coupler itself is a 1/2 inch BSP to fit 1/2 inch bushes on a radiator.

Hi Sorry our valves are not bi-direction so the TRV should go on the Flow side.

Q: On the radiator, how can I identify which side is the flow side ?

Hi The flow is determined by the water coming out of the pipe, when you turn the heating on the pipe that starts to heat up first would be the flow, If the radiator has a flow and return side because it is vertical then you would need to consult the manufacturer or at very least a plumber.,
