Alaskan Halibut Fillet (5 POUNDS)

I like to say thank you, I was so surprised to receive fresh caught fish from Alaska, it is the quality and it taste what surprise me , I was fortunate three years ago visit Alaska and taste fresh halibut, Very often I was thinking of that taste sweet, flaky delicate meat. And a big surprise arrive in a cooler to my home the same fish fresh delicious I share with my family and friends everybody was surprise how delicious was the fish ,thank you appreciate very much for the quality . Thank you ,I recommend to everybody who I know.

first i have to thank givanni's for answering my questions, robert w. anderson for his comments beyond answering my questions and miranda moore for her comments beyond answering my questions. without these 3 people i would not have ordered the halibut and missed out on the best halibut we've had in a very long time. the fish was juicy, very tasty and the pieces we received were all excellent thick fillets. no end pieces. we will be buying again and i highly recommend.

We have had your halibut twice now prepairing it two differant ways, it was very, very good. I still have enough for two more meals. I was born and raised on fresh fish. My father was a great fisherman so I know what good is. Buying it from the super market just does not get it. Thank you for a great product.

Very tasty and not fishy at all. They arrived packed in ice a few days after ordering. These fillets were savory and are quite thick in size. One was more than enough for my wife and I at dinner time. We baked, smoked and pan fried them and each method yielded excellent results. will definitely purchase again in the very near future.

Made the Parmesan encrusted Halibut and it was just as good if not better than restaurant style, came fresh and frozen, will definitely order again when I run out.

This fish came dethawed and had gone bad. This is a lot of money to waste ! Very upset !!!!!
