Absolute Favorite! This jewelry organizer is a great item for multiple reasons. Made from a quality canvas and high grade clear plastic. The stitching and the snap closure is sturdy along with the actual metal hanger. There is plenty of storage with the amount of individual pockets on both sides. Especially nice is the slim design that does not require much storage space. I own 3 of these and will be buying more for my earring obsession.

So impressed with this organizer this is actually my second purchase of the same item. I had purchased 2 different organizers originally, kept both. But this one has so many upgrades compared to the other I decided to get another. Would I like a few more large pockets for my heavier neclaces, yes. But after having the first for awhile now, I will figure out something. The most important part is that after over a week it is not bending from the weight as the other one has, due to the thick high grade aluminum hanger. So, it is extremely sturdy. The compartments are made so that the bottom of one touches the top of the pocket underneath. This keeps the items in without zippers. But, as far as a travel bag, I can't answer that. For 1 thing you would have to be going somewhere a very long time to need one this size. 2. As I mentioned, no zippers. You would have to be very careful how you packed it and going thru customs could be a problem with the lazefair attitude some agents have. I don't want zippers on this type of organizer because I have seen the zippers cause scratches on certain types of jewelry. This is the perfect organizer for your in between jewelry. Not the high end, but the mid grade, exceptional stones, sterling silver, and 10k gold. (14 and esp 18k scratch due to the softness). The fabric allows it to breathe, keeping the moisture that adds tarnish away. I have also placed a non tarnish treated cloth in the pockets I have sterling silver stored.The clear vinyl is a heavy good quality. I can finally see and find all the matching pieces at once, FAST! Obviously, I have a few decades on me to be able to fill 2 of these. Most of you will only need one, unless you have a large costume jewelry collection. Again, the canvas is kinder to ANY jewelry than non woven vinyl. And today, even some costume jewelry is on the expensive side.All in all, very pleased with the product. I contacted their Customer Service and was treated kindly with my suggestion for a few larger pockets. So now we can add, great customer service from the manufacturer. Yes, I would recommend and even gift this, it's that good.

I have a lot of fashion jewelry and needed something durable. I've tried many different organizers: jewelry boxes, (clear acrylic) containers that I lined with felt, vinyl hangers with vinyl pockets, and other bags. I've also sold jewelry for a short spell and ordered countless storage items. This one is the best so far! If you want something to storage your jewelry in, you've found a winner. The hanger attached is metal and super strong; it will never break or bend, The clear pockets with the canvas is the best quality organizer, I've ever seen all for under $20.The pockets on this organizer are different sizes. It has 40 pockets on each side, for a total of 80. The pockets on the bottom 2 rows, which total 8 are larger that's the others. This allows you too store large pieces in them. The small pockets are a nice size and I can get two or three sets of earrings or necklaces in them. I try to limit to 2 pair earrings,so I can easily spot what I'm looking for. I also color coordinate my jewelry organizer, this definitely helps when looking for a particular color. Did I mention I already have 3 of them. Yes, I have three of them; this was the 4th. I've had the other three for 3 years and they are still hanging strong.They do not have a zipper to close pocket, but then they wouldn't be quick to grab, if I had to fumble with a zipper. I've had ones with zippers and velcro, but found it was more of a nuisance. However, when I sold jewelry it would have been helpful; so they wouldn't fall out while traveling. So, this is not a organizer to carry around; definitely home use.I've also given a few as gifts to friends who have love jewelry and it was a hit. I don't normally write reviews but this was such a great product, I have to comment. You won't regret this product!

I like this product. Like others have noted, this is NOT a travel item. I LOVE mine as it is easy to use and I can find my earrings, pins, and other small items MUCH faster than I ever could before. Taking out and putting back is easier than ever and help me keep my items put away. Mine stays in one place and doesn't get moved around, other than to turn it around to see the other side (a swivel at the top would be nice). If you need a way to organize earrings and other small items that is convenient and easy to use, then you may find this product to your liking.I'm considering buying another one of these for my scrapbooking embellishments because I can see what I have at a glance. :-)I would like a travel version of this product, something that has flaps or velcro or something to anchor the jewelery, allow folding for suitcase packing, and a way to hang on a standard closet hanger.

I use these (I have two) to store earrings, pins, and small bracelets. I also keep extra earring backs in one of the pouches because it's easy to lose them and I always need "backup." :) If I see that an earring has lost its back, I just grab one out of the pouch.This clever storage piece is quite durable and it's so efficient because you can see all of the jewelry at a glance. And it keeps it all untangled and protected, and takes up almost NO space in the closet.In response to the Rate Features at the top of the review, page, I would NOT recommend this for traveling (the pouches/pockets are open at the top) and too much rolling and packing in a suitcase would result in earrings, etc., falling out. But for closet storage, it's fantastic!
