KIND Nut Bars, Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew, Healthy Snacks, Gluten Free, 4g Protein, 24 Count

Years ago I was a huge fan of the apricot and almond KIND bars, but it seems they are either no longer available or just very difficult to find. Since then, I have turned to the almond and coconut flavour and I absolutely love them! They make for a great snack that hits the spot when you need a bite to eat to tide you over between meals. They are not too dry, nor are they too hard or crunchy. These are ideal for taking on the go any day.

Right size and tastes great.

Really liked that I found a snack bar low in sodium which I have to limit in my diet. These bars taste great, but the pkg I got through amazon wasn't as fresh as the pkg I got at the grocery store. Pkg has a "good by" date of Aug 2021, however they weren't as fresh. The dark chocolate is good quality and the flavor of the cherries came through very well. There is one ingredient you have to be careful about with the Kind bars (and many other bars). They contain chicory root fiber which causes me many hours of extreme intestinal gas so I have to stop eating them. I researched chicory root fiber and it is known for this in some people who are sensitive, or folks who have irritable bowel syndrome (which I don't have). Otherwise, I think these bars are a great find for their ingredients and value for those of us watching sodium intake. Just wish my gut would tolerate the chicory root.

Best kind bar on the market. Perfect in every way.

I really like these. Very low in carbs with 6g of protein without having peanuts like many of the other similar bars.
