Great noodle shape, you could break it for soup. Normally for great sauces.
Do you ever break up pasta to go in broth? This is a good, substantially filling noodle. I like to make a homemade sauce. If I ever get jarred pasta, I save the jar for something else after washing well. I like Classico brand for the quality jar. Becky (Dokter, maiden name) Grelson.

Didn’t know that pasta could taste sooo good. Very surprised. Just want to pass on to everyone … do not add oil to the cooking water. Oil makes sauces slip right off instead of integrating with pasta. Age old secret. Just gently stir pasta a bit throughout cooking process. It’s well worth the time.

De Cecco pasta is the best.
Happy to be able to order the fettuccine and have it delivered. My only complaint is that one of the cartons looked old, crushed in with gaps in the box.
