Covers light scratches perfectly
This works great for light scratches in hardwood floors. Not for deep gouges. Tried other wax color markers and liquid markers and they never worked. Just rub this on a scratch, let sit and wipe off excess a few minutes later. Easy to use. Pleasant low odor. Tried on light and medium wood with excellent results. Not sure how it would work on dark colored wood. Not sure how it works to blend in exact color but works well. Recommend and would try this first over other scratch repair kits.

Easy to use, and works as promised in visually eliminating scratches
This is likely the best find I have ever made on Amazon - I'm amazed at how well this works! In a house FULL of solid wood doors and woodworking, the upkeep of the finish with children and animals can always be a challenge. I'm convinced the previous owner of my home has never seen an over the door storage system he didn't like (shoe racks, towel racks, coat and hat racks, canned goods, ironing board hangers). Couple that with my own pets scratching at the bottoms of closed doors and one of my kids carving their initials into the outside of their bedroom door as their very first project with a pocket knife, you could say my wood doors have taken quite the beating. I thought I had tried EVERYTHING short of sanding and refinishing all of my wood doors: a) wood crayons still left visible differences despite best efforts to match colour, b) wood stains are impossible to perfectly match without also getting the stain onto the surrounding finish craeating a "Halo" effect, and 3) home remedies of trying to "steam" the wood scratch to swell shut from YouTube can leave undesired heat shading/clouding ruining surrounding wax finish. As my kids have grown, I'm preparing to downsize sale my home and with the years of the described abuse, I was resolved that the only way to 1) fix these unsightly marks on my doors and door facings and 2) keep all of my wood finish through the home uniform...was to sand and refinish it all. I was fully and mentally resolved to begin this huge task, until a co-worker threw me a Hail Mary in suggesting this product - and for what I was about to undergo in time, mess, energy and finishes, this $10 product saved me well over $1500 had I contracted the work to a local woodworker. I'm not sure the circumstances surrounding all the negative reviews from others - I will say this product is NOT a wood putty and this product will NOT fill the voids/scratches; however what it does do, is hydrate the voids/scratches and the formula seems to pull in/reflect the surrounding wood finish, making the voids/scratches disappear "visually". This was perfect for my needs/applications. I had scratches voids/scratches as deep as 1/8" and wide as a quarter inch, and can hardly see them unless my face is just a few inches away from the surface. I've attached before and after pictures from 2 of my worst doors (severe dog scratches from a dog trying to get in to a bedroom, and carving from a pocket knife, with surrounding small impact/dings elsewhere on the door from backpack zippers and lariners). As mentioned, this does not fill the voids, but it does visually hide the voids. There is no cure time for this product to 'set" or dry; in excess, it has an oily feel and wipes easily with an ordinary cotton rag or paper towel. As for how long the products effects last within the repaired scratches - I'm guessing quite a long time; upon application, I repolished/hand buffed the wood with Old English - the scratches and dings were still just as unnoticeable as before polishing over the same area.

Works to hide the white scratches but does not eliminate them.
Our guy at the "Floor Store" told us about this stuff. We have engineered Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors and they are pretty durable we have put them through the test. A glass got broken and unfortunately some of the glass went under the kitchen table and was overlooked. In scooting the chair out the bits of glass scratched the floor and left white marks. We were told that this would get rid of the marks but would help hid them a bit. And it did do exactly that. You can still see the scratched but they are no in you face.

Leather goo
Works great on leather. Gives a nice shine. Not greasy and leaves the leather soft.

Only did an ok job on lighter stained wood. Did nothing on darker wood floors.
I had high hopes for this, but it worked fairly well on only about half of the wood surfaces I tried it on. We have dark stained hardwood floors and that was the surface that I primarily purchased this for. Over the years, areas of the wood - - - specifically, the edges of the stairs - - - have gotten buffed and worn. I have stain sticks that help a little, but I had hoped this would penetrate more deeply and do a better job. Not the case. The things that this did do ok on (ok but not great) however, were on an end table that had gotten some water mark ring markings, and a decorative bowl that had gotten scratched over the years. Perhaps it matters what kind of stain and color is on the wood? For me, it did an ok job on woods in lighter stains, and did nothing on woods that are stained in darker tones.

In AWE of this!
I purchased an antique clock at a yard sale, but my adorable but destructive kitten got into the closet where it was stored and scratched it up. The scratches were deep and very obvious. I was recommended this product by a friend and I'm SO glad I used it! The before and after says it all- it worked beautifully! The scratches actually look more visible in the photo then they look in real person. The stick was super easy to use, didn't have a strong smell, and dried quickly. I followed the advice from other reviews and only peeled back the wrapper a bit as I used it, keeping the majority of the stick in the wrapper, which worked great. Of course, it's not a replacement for getting something professionally refurbished, but it worked perfectly for me. I HIGHLY recommend this product and will be purchasing again/recommending to everyone I know.

Incredible!
Incredible!!! We had some pretty serious scratches on our front door. I was honestly unsure if it would work because some of them are deep. I opened the package as soon as it was delivered & gave it a try. Now, you can’t even see the scratches. Looks like a new door! Highly recommend!

Works pretty well
Works pretty well not perfect. I used on cherrywood and a soft wood. Did not work like the video but was okay.

This product works well on scratches, but I find it’s more of a temporary fix then a permanent fix

Simply doesn’t work. Tried on LVT flooring on some light scratches. At first it looks like the light scratch improved but when you wipe the oily residue away the scratch is still visible. Don’t waste your money or you will end up disappointed.

Incroyable, super efficace sur les raides de parquet. En revanche pour le prix le stick a l’intérieur de la bouge est vraiment petit

Works in softening and helping to subdue superficial scratches, it is not a miracle worker and cannot undo deep scratches or grooves.
