These were such a great price that I had to grab a Spurs pair for my husband. He normally wears a large. The waist band area fit him fine. He did feel they ran a little small though and also a little shorter than what he is used to when playing basketball. I feel they were fine on him as they went right to the middle of the knee. I think if you want a little more room and length to size up. Otherwise, these were great and a great way to show off your team.
