Great quality, very sturdy and well-constructed. I feel the extra supports give me an added measure of security while up at the top of the ladder. Highly recommended and well worth the cost.

This ladder is a beast! You don't understand how important the summo feet are until your above 20feet heigh on other unstable ladders! This is ladder is amazing and as a painter and side project worker I have never felt more safe at height! Added bonus is God forbid you come in contact with power the fiberglass is nonconductive !

What an amazing ladder but I had to refuse delivery due to the only packing being cardboard at each end. Every exposed area in between has been beaten and battered against bare fiberglass, every day, until delivery. Now this is just a very long boat anchor. So this is how Amazon values my nearly $500 business purchase(?)..... really? such little packing and an unusable product upon delivery. Thanks for first impression of Amazon Business..... Amazon. So I give 5 stars here for the ladder I can't find near me that had to be refused...... and 1 star at best for the Amazon knucklehead who shipped it to me that could not care less about my hard earned investment. Step it up Amazon - because Americans no longer accept these Chinese business model standards. I should have bought local - lesson learned.

Already used to clean barn gutters less than an hour after it was delivered. Side to side level is helpful since our drylot slopes for drainage. However, ladder is missing the climbing angle bubble. I throw ladders pretty regularly so it isn't a dealbreaker but it is a missing feature that is advertised as included.

I love everything Little Giant makes. Their products are always sturdy and long-term functional, even with the sort of abuse ladders get in-use. I think this ladder is 100% worth the price. I'd rather pay a little more for a ladder than I feel safe on. The one thing I should warn you about...the ladder comes packaged in a small cox that covers only the top portion of the ladder. Mine was delivered by some contract delivery guys out of the back of a produce truck in which it was the only item and clearly slid around roughly while they were driving, so the finish had the literal crud beat out of it with scratches everywhere. Amazon reimbursed me a large portion of the item cost to compensate for the beat up ladder I received. Since this did not affect the functionality, I was more than happy with this outcome. But, not gonna lie, I was disappointed with the scratches on the sides of this beautifully colored lime green ladder. I know it's a ladder and it's going to get beat up in-use.....but I still wanted to bask in its beauty for a few weeks before having to witness scratching.

Got my 28ft ladder today and not as advertised. Much heavier than my 28ft fiberglass werner. Also not as advertised with safety features must be old model. Also came damaged with bent rungs and gouges and scratches. Delivery guys were wanting me to sign and would not take it back. They left it but i did not sign. Now what?

Sumo stance gives you confidence to lean into your work. Really strong design and worth the extra cost. As mentioned in other reviews: 1) it would be nice if the top of the ladder had some padding - kinda sharp when leaning it against your wall or whatever. 2) The video talks about a bottom step click mechanism and leveling sights, but this ladder doesn't come with either. My delivery was about five days late, but the ladder arrived in good shape, unlike what some other customers reported.

The was surprising easier to lift and maneuver around than my Werner MT-22 21 foot ladder. Don't listen to the 1 star rating that said that this Little Giant ladder was "Unsafe , so much bounce" I just used it for the first time almost fully extended and there was minimal bounce. I felt safe climbing all the way up to the 4th rung from the top. The SumoStance feature was worth extra money! The ladder NEVER felt like it would tip to the side. It also made leveling the ladder on my sloped yard easy.
