Bought this after seeing the sterling recommendations from other trans guys, but as a trans guy on 2+ years of HRT this is still a bit too large for my size, I had to grip and squeeze it a lot to feel anything. Closing the other end can generate an interesting vacuum, but the inside could be more textured. As it is, it gives a *really* subtle sensation and requires a lot of manual effort to feel anything. Also when it has lube on it, it becomes very very slippery, and thus rather difficult to handle.As a plus side I love its texture, it's sooo soft, I could just fondle it all day (non-sexually) :D
