Omega 3

I was looking to increase my fish oil intake and I came across this product. I love that it's tested for purity so that it's clean with zero contaminants and of the utmost quality. There's no fishy smell to them and after taking them over a month, never once had any aftertaste or burps. I feel good overall and the process of taking this has been easy and not dreadful like other Omega 3 products. Highly recommend!

I consume these 03 capsules because it was recommended by my doctor to reduce my cholesterol levels. Since mid-December of 2020, I've been consuming one capsule every day, and the changes are noticeable. Apart from helping me reduce my bad cholesterol levels, my good cholesterol levels have been increased. I wish it came in bigger packaging because it's great for me, so I've stuck to buying more and more for the past 9 months. I also give it to my 18-year-old son who is an athlete (he plays soccer), due to genetic pass-down (and a bit of inactivity during the summer months) he has started to develop above-average levels of cholesterol, and also because it was recommended to him by a nutritionist for performance improvement. After constant consumption (once a day), his last general blood check-up showed his and my cholesterol levels back to a normal state, and he seems to be performing better on the field... something I love to see! Definitely recommend it to others who are seeking fish oil products. No bad taste during or after swallowing, easy to swallow, great smooth texture to the pill, and most importantly: efficient.

My son has attentive ADHD and has been taking this supplement with ADHD vitamin for many years. This brand has higher EPA and DHA comparing to others and helps our brain’s circulation better. obviously my Triglyceride level dropped a lot since I took this supplement for many years. I strongly recommend this brand to anyone wants to have better circulation. , the quality is really good., no bad taste easy to swallow.The only thing I don’t like is it’s too expensive. I hope they could offer discounts or promotion to loyal customers like me.

The product was received all stuck together requiring breaking the capsules apart. I contacted manufacturer and they said that could happen when the product was store in high heat environment but it does not affect the effect unless the product emits funny smell.

I started taking these Omegas 3 years ago. I had a nutritionist who recommend add these to my daily routine. I also was doing crossfit about 3-4 times a week, and my gym had sold these. If you take these on a regular basis it makes a huge difference in how you feel physically and mentally. I feel like when i take these my brain isnt as "fogged". I also took them while pregnant because they are a way better option than fish. Also i HATE fish! so this is my alternative lol. I have tried a lot of omega pills in the past. These have NO nasty burps and NO smell. When i get my bottle in i also keep it in the fridge so they stay fresh. I have recommend this brand to so many people. Take them regularly, you will see a difference. I found amazon sold them so i stopped spending as much as i was at my gym.

I have ordered this product dozens of times through the Subscribe & Save program. Each product/batch has been exceptional - I've never had any issues whatsoever. For the uninitiated, International Fish Oil Standards (IFOS) is Nutrasource’s oldest and most well-known certification (Nutrasource is an independent Canadian company). Each product is tested against standards for: - Active Ingredient Content (does the product contain the amount and specific types of omega-3s the label says it should?) - Contaminants (does the product contain unsafe levels of harmful chemicals?) - Stability (is the product as fresh as possible, or has it gone bad (oxidized)?) The most recent Puori batch that I received (no. S20H165, expiry June 2023) received a FIVE out of FIVE star IFOS rating based on the above criteria. Please see the image for details. I was told to take fish oil for my high triglycerides. I had always heard that fish oil capsules caused fishy burps and upset stomachs, so was worried to take fish oil capsules. I did a lot of research and decided on Puori Omega 3 fish oil capsules. I was thrilled that there were no unpleasant side effects. These capsules are easy to swallow, gentle on the stomach, have no fishy taste, and cause no burping. I will definitely sticking with Puori Omega 3 fish oil capsules!

Great source of omega 3. Was searching for a good source of omega 3 and this is a good product. Not that cheap but the quality difference between omega 3 products is markable. This has good EPA and DHA quantities and is in triclyceride form which is better absorbed than ethyl-ester form. Would definitely recommend this as many supermarket or equivalent fish oils prey on the uninformed consumer thinking they're getting a "bargain".
