Just the right degree of acidity, and seasonings not too strong or too weak. Has an asian feel to it for salad dressings. It keeps well too.

Very good for cucumber salad, I mix it 50/50 with water.

This is a great value for your money. However, it does taste a little different from the same brand seasoned rice vinegar in the small container. The difference may be that it’s organic? It’s just a slightly different flavor.

I have used this vinegar in a number of ways on salad dressings, rice, lentils, chili sauce, popcorn, greens, and soups to name a few. Basically, you are only limited by your imagination. It is a great tasting vinegar. I highly recommend it.

I use this on eggplant , before I bake it with pasta....retards browning and gives it nice flavor. Awesome on cucumbers - or lettuce - tastes like asian salad. Also on rice - gives it sushi rice taste .Not much is needed.

It is a very good product re taste ETC. Cost me $5 in farm boy in Ontario!
