I would have previously given it a 5 star, and now I would give it a one star, but that's because the previous three purchases were excellent and this is the first time that I go a defective cartridge indicator and the printer wouldn't work. So I had to reinstall the old cartridges, and replace each one individually to see which of the cartridges in the 5 pack was defective. Turns out it was only the Cyan color that was defective. The other colors were full and now I have to order a new cyan cartridge. It would be too much of a bother to call Amazon and ask them to send me a new cyan cartridge, so I will just go and purchase one. These things happen, and I can't blame the seller as it was a sealed box.

I’ve used hp ink cartridges, this time I received a small black ink cartridge not the large one! Is the first thing and I should have returned right away. My fault there…but… I bought in September and have hardy used! It’s telling me I’m out of ink…either there old and half the ink is dried up in cartridges! Very disappointed as this was a lot of money…need to look to buy somewhere else!! Beware!!!

I use this HP printer ter at home frequently. It is good to know that the cartridges can be ordered and received with this fast service.
