This is a great scale at a great price. I got the transparent version with the little side bars, and it’s actually an exact replacement for the one I had previously, because it worked so well for so long. The scale is very accurate and consistent, and it quickly calibrates (tares) itself with just a tap of the foot. It runs on standard AAA batteries, which makes it convenient and easy to replace, and even came with a set included, which was a nice bonus. My old one lasted for many years before the battery springs started to corrode, but I liked it enough to buy the exact same model again. The large backlit screen also makes it easy to read, even in the dark, and all in all, the scale is reliable, well-built, and does exactly what it should without question. Definitely recommended!

This is absolutely the best scale. Glad to throw out the old one haha. You can read it so easily -- large numbers against a lit up pretty blue background. The sleek design, stepping onto smooth glass that shows your tasteful floor is really a pleasure. It can actually make the bathroom, or any room seem larger :) It is wonderful that it comes "ready to use" right out of the box with batteries already inserted. It is very accurate as well. It's much more attractive than the pictures can show. I can tell, too, when it comes to cleaning -- it will be a breeze.

This is by far the most consistent scale I've ever owned, and it doesn't "cheat" by using internal memory like some others sneakily do. I can step on it repeatedly and it will register the exact same weight each time, and yet when I drink a bit of water it will accurately register the expected small weight increase. I do love it, especially for the modest price.Unfortunately after 2.5 years of use the display has started to go bad. Some of the LED segments remain lit when they're not supposed to be, making it virtually impossible to read the numbers. Doesn't seem to be a battery issue. And speaking of batteries, it tolerates Sanyo Eneloop NiMH rechargeables just fine and doesn't complain about the lower voltage.Even though I'm not pleased that it went bad, I came here today to order an exact replacement. And if it goes bad again in another couple years I'll by a 3rd one. That's how much I like it.

This was exactly as described. It looks good, is easy to clean and seems accurate. It's also not super heavy but not so lightweight that you feel like it is going to break easily.

Outstanding bathroom scale, so accurate and is easy to use and see the digital weight. Wish I knew about this one earlier.
