The product seems fine. However, the box was crushed due to the type of packaging used by Amazon. This is very disappointing as the boxed (as advertised) product is intended as a gift.

Gorgeous smell
Hideously expensive for a cleanser but I'd had a trial size and fell so in love with the gorgeous scent - I ordered online immediately. It's a beautiful product - like all Espa products. Sometimes we deserve a treat.
