MPC Factory Remote Activated Remote Start Kit Compatible with 2014-2018 Ford Transit Connect - Plug & Play

Let me preface this review by saying that I am the least knowledgeable person when it comes to car electronics and wiring. This product, based on the image, looks intimidating. It was the easiest plug and play install imaginable. In the instructions, it tells you that if you only have one key for the vehicle to reach out to the company. They were quick to answer the phone, and knowledgeable enough to guide me to the reasonably priced kit. I did have a little difficulty with the kit. The gentleman on the phone was very patient and guided me through every single step to make sure that everything worked as it should. So much so that I purchased the upgrade to allow me use the device to remote start my vehicle from my iPhone/Apple Watch. I missed a step setting that up and they guided me through all the steps once again. My vehicle required special wiring to enable the lock and unlock feature. They sent me a diagram and images of where to find them and what wires they were. Their instructions were so detailed and precise that I know anyone would be able to follow. Truly an amazing company to work with, and will be the first I go to for any aftermarket needs for my vehicles going forward. Thanks team!

Very easy to install I got it completed in about 30-45 minutes instructions were very simple . And it’s working grate

Very easy to install and program. I had an issue with the 1st one then sent me, technically support was great! Then replaced it with another unit and work 1st time.I highly recommend this product.

Was wrong application
