Enjoyed the easy way which real world concepts were demonstrated through professional soccer. Can't learn much more than you can from the most successful coach in modern club history.

A really great book, which I read with ease. I am a football fan, but you don't need to be to read this. The brilliance of this is Damian has took a brilliant and motivated mind and used it as a focal point throughout. The book gives examples of learning from mistakes and does not promote perfection, which I thought brought realism. It brings in other great minds and I even became a fan of poetry from this book. Delighted that Cloughy is brought into play in this book also. I really enjoyed it. Cracking read.

Had a talk from him a few years ago, thought book would be interesting and it is. Well worth the time to read.
