Okay, so these were way larger than my husband expected! Installed, they look a little goofy, but the sound is amazing! They are loud enough to be heard over a chainsaw in the woods, when we are riding the side by side around four wheeling, etc. They don’t crackle when on or up (our kids and nieces and nephews may have hosted a very loud dance party last summer and don’t blow them out turned up very loud!), and made a good quality of sound for our Girl Scout Troop during the Veterans Day Parade. They have not yet been effected by humidity - the side by side has a roof they’re under, and are kept in a shed/lean to building. IDK if these are also on the boat.

Sound OK, easy install. But... I hit a wake, good size but not crazy huge, and both housings broke at the mount. both speakers came crashing to the floor of the boat and the speaker housings shattered into pieces. Spend the money on some aluminum cans (or wear helmets if you sit under them!).

I ordered these for extra speakers in the back of my Jeep JK. They actually fit nice with some velcro and ingenuity behind the seat and over the rear tires. I hooked them into an old Kenwood amp and was pleased. I'm not saying they are Kicker ot MB Quarts quality, but for $80.. they will get me by.

These units are great, they look nice and sound good even without an amplifier, my head unit only pushes 60watts per channel and still sounds decent and loud enough for me. The one thing that is frustrating is that I can't seem to get the "clamps" tight enough on my 1 1/2" wake tower bar. They are tight enough that they are not moving around, but still can be pretty easily tilted forward and back, I was hoping to get them tight enough that they don't move at all. This combined with other reviews mentioning the clamps have broken has me not wanting to torque them too hard. I tightened these down with a ratchet and felt like if I pushed any harder something would certainly break. Might need to add some hardware to get them properly tight.

Love the speakers for the price, very easy install. Easy wiring setup. I preferred these for price and fitment on my Polaris Rzr and being marine quality. And I’m blown away by the sound.

We mounted these in our Polaris RZR and within a weekend of riding, one bracket broke. I contacted Pyle and they sent me a set of replacement aluminum brackets, which fixed everything, but the plastic brackets these came with were terrible.

Put them on a golf cart awesome

Bought some for my son's birthday when he put them up they looked good. Now it becomes interesting. They went out wakeboarding (second time since installing the speakers). When they went over their own wake the plastic brackets, that hold the speakers to the tower, broke. I called PYLE they said to send them in (would not accept photos). I did,to the tune of 60 some dollars. So now on top of what I spent initally, I had another 60 invested. They assured me that they had replaced the plastic brackets with metal ones. When we finally received the new ones (after numerous phone calls) guess what. . . . speakers with plastic brackets. So here I go again calling PYLE they sald they would send the aluminum brackets. We finally got them. Well actually we got one set. Had to call Pyle once again to get the second set. This took, all an all, about two months. We put them on and guess what, first time out, BAAAM they broke at the speaker base now, almost hit someone on the head, bounced off the boat, and sank. So here I go again, calling PYLE.I know everyone there by now. They pretty much said if I could send them back, once again ( for another 60 bucks) they'd see what they can do (if anything). I told them there's one on the bottom of the lake and since I dont scuba dive, I can't get it. So they pretty much said " SORRY CHARLIE". When I tried to call them back and try to work out some sort of solution to this dilemma (hell we were on a first name basis by now, thought we were friends)I was hung up on , not once , but twice. Haven't installed them yet but look great. My only criticism would be the ad says 6.5 inch speaker and I received 8 inch speakers.they will still fix my application so all good. Will order another set and hopefully will get the smaller 6.5 inch speakers.. update I ordered another set and received 8 inch speakers again they should probly change the details in the ad.

Very good produce but conectic is not very good.

Great sound, looks good on my boat, nice mounting brackets. Front grill dents easily, not the best packaging.
