I wish I had known about these long ago as they take the guesswork out of leveling posts

We finally installed our new fence and I was able to use the Kapro level on our metal posts. It worked perfectly. The magnets held on to the post with no problem, but I also used the string to secure it more. It was incredibly easy to level our posts thanks to this product. My father laughed at me when I showed him this (before we used it) but after we installed all of the posts, he admitted that this was an excellent purchase. It is well worth the price and I would highly recommend using the Kapro level when installing metal posts.

Does ok, struggles with 6x6 posts.

Simple idea... two bubble levels at 90 degrees so that vertical alignment can be easily seen during post installation. I used it on a 6" square mailbox post and the stretch-strap was fully stretched. This was an aluminum post so the magnets were not effective. If I had more large square posts to deal with, I would try to figure out a connect a longer stretch-strap for the device. Bottom line... a real time saver and helps to ensure a perfectly vetrical set post.

Haven't used this much; stuck it to side of sheet metal angle: nice magnets. Used it opened 180° flat to level a couple surveyor's tripods last week - quicker/easier than a torpedo level. Stars given for vertical use and tripods, in comparison with other brands, price point: all in store competitor post levels I've seen are fixed, not hinged. This can invert on hinge and magnet into a metal angle.

Such a convenience.. makes the job so much easier.. great on any shape or material I’ve used it on wood, metal, and vinyl..

I've used a cheaper one for a couple years until it broke. This one is a huge improvement! I love the magnets that hold the level in place while I fasten the strap. And the strap is SO much better than the rubberband type strap on my old one. This one seems sturdier, also.

Very expensive for what it is, that wouldn’t be so bad if the levels fitted the pipe sizes they were meant for, the 1/2 fits 3/4, the 3/4 fits 1” and so on So you use them for the next size up from what they were intended but end up with no 1/2”
