Stopped printing after 2 years of use
Purchased almost 2 years ago and stopped printing labels, I believe the thermal part burned out... maybe not meant for commercial use.

Just one consideration
Operation is flawless in our warehouse environment. The only issue is moving printers between systems when necessary. The driver check for or asks for the printer serial number. Why, I don't know. But when systems change and printers move, that's an inconvenience. A small one, but unnecessary.
