This thing is set up for the style trolling motor in picture. Front end of my trolling motor has a pitch to it. So I didn't over tighten it. Well the first day of fishing I got weird readings on my screen, Thought is was my fishfinder! After turning fishfinder on & off a few times, thought I had better pull up trolling motor. Well the thing had cracked and I hadn't even been in shallow water yet. End result; transducer was dangling from trolling motor. Looked at trying to drill a few holes in this thing when I got home, but as I applied pressure to it it cracked again. Made of HARD plastic! Doesn't flex! Thought something like this (which will get bumped from time to time) would be made of a more pliable plastic. May work fine for you as long as you don't bump anything.

Fit was nice a little difficult to remove from transom mounting arm once removed gave a nice flush fit

It works but just don't hit anything underwater---the small portion of plastic holding the metal strap will break.
