I purchased this to make my homemade sushi taste better and it did the sauce has a great flavor. It’s not runny. It has a nice consistency.

Great flavor and quality

This sauce is just what I was looking for. It has the perfect combination of sweet and salty and goes great with sushi or just on your steam rice.

Update: I still love this sauce but I can't seem to be able to get it delivered! The seller - Kyng (Retail, LLC, I think) - has "lost" 2 orders of this. I've just placed a 3rd replacement order, so I'm crossing my fingers I actually get it this time! There's no place else this is available for me, unless I want to pay $20/bottle at big-box, retail chain store "W." If I had known this was going to be so hard to continue to get, I'd have never tried it. DO NOT USE the seller KYNG. I'm hesitant to call this 'unagi' sauce, simply because it's not as sweet as a lot of traditional eel sauces you find. This, to me, is a fishy soy sauce with the ever-so-slightest bit of sweet. I like both, but I feel this goes on more things because the sugar is dialed back. I've been putting it on everything (not even on sushi, yet) and there's not been a single thing I tried it on that wasn't yummy. (A lot of what I've been putting it on is vegan or vegetarian, and this flavor just goes with veggies!) My current obsession is a quinoa salad I then put over a kale salad and top it with this - 3 days in a row, lunch and dinner. I just repurchased 2 more bottles and will continue to buy it as long as I can find it, I'm absolutely in love!

This taste so good. The squeeze bottle is great. The price for the bottle size is also good.
