Good sturdy Box.
It's a real pain taking the camera in and out of the metal box, and strapping the thing to a tree; but it is a must if you have bears, and we do. Animals can detect that the camera is operating, get curious, and they sometimes touch it. Squirrels fuss with it, and deer put their noses on it, so it is a good idea to put up with the hassle of using the box even if it is a pain to use it. It is very sturdy and protects the camera even from the curious bear. A bear tooth mark proves it. The camera straps are not sturdy however. I've replaced it with bungee cords. This box has plenty of openings for attaching a variety of support straps. An animal chewed almost clear through the nylon strap I used. I'd advise for use in the woods that you get a very sturdy replacement for the nylon straps when you buy your camera and/or security box.

Works well with my Bushmaster Trophy Camp 8 Mega pixel
Fits perfectly. Is sturdy and will not be opened w/out hardcore/power tools, time, and effort. I used this with a Python Adjustable Locking Cable, (Braided Steel...).With the python cable it can be attached trough the sides (unlike the image shown) with the cable interfering with the camera and using the correct hole the box is locked together to where it cannot be taken a part w/out removing the cable. The image shows a rather funny way to use a python cable through the hole in the bottom front portion of the box (where the image shows the cable going through the front bottom hole) which is actually a padlock hole rather then a cable hole.I now have a total of 3 boxes with python cables.

Proved itself
I have had my trophy cam mounted in the woods for several years now in this CamLockBox secured with a Python Cable. After three years, a group of teenagers found it and decided they would attempt to destroy my camera. They did. They dented in the front of the box, smashing all of the lenses. BUT, they could not remove the camera. Long story short, the camera body remained intact. The memory card was preserved, and I was able to BUST the guilty teens from the pics they left behind. My camera and CamLockBox were replaced within a week. For this reason, I do recommend this box as a tough security feature for your game cam. It cannot prevent a deliberate attempt to destroy your camera, but it can definately deter theft. I know have two cameras. Each watching over the other.

Fits Trophy Cam HD 119437 like a glove
I fit a Bushnell Trophy Cam HD 119437 into this product with a 3/16" python cable and it fits like a glove. The 3/16" cable is a little small - I didn't pay enough attention to the sizes available. I hear that larger sizes may be a bit too large for the holes and need to drill them out, but I will try the 5/16" next time. I used a screw to secure the box to a tree and then python locked it. It was a little tricky to get the angle of the camera. I wish there was an easier way to do it other than trial and error because it took about 3 tries to get it right.

Made in America
Perfect. It's simple, well made and bullet proof. No, really, it will deflect a small caliber bullet. Mine is lag bolted to a tree and it is solid with just enough room for the camera. You wouldn't think you would need instructions for this, but if your spatially challenged you may have some issues. When you slide it apart and back together, it should be easy. If it's not, your doing it wrong. The important thing to remember is that the tab goes in the slot and not on the outside. Don't know how many times I've had to show people.

Wrong box provided
Listing indicates this box fits an "Aggressor 119773c" it does not fit at all. The correct Camlock box to fit that is a model 10102, the model received against this order was a 10100. Was hoping to mount camera in the woods this weekend, but now get to return this one, and wait for the one I ordered from eBay.

Nice product
Bought this as a way to protect the camera from the elements and from people just walking away with the camera. It serves the purpose but I guess anybody with evil intent could vandalize the camera even inside the security box. Anyway, it provides some peace of mind knowing that the camera has at least some protection. The label that came in the packaging was confusing as it said it did not fit the black led bushnell cameras which is what I bought. I warned my son that we may have to return it as he opened his Christmas presents. In the end if all fit just fine and we have been recording videos of critters near our house. A better way to specify which model of security box goes with each camera is needed.
