Many brands are cheaper or have more capsules, but they aren't grown long enough to fully mature and develop the flavonoids needed for ginseng to give you the best effects. Works well but the pills are a bit big, so I chewed them because the ginseng liquid in inside of the pill. The outer capsule of the pill looks and tastes like plastic. Enjoy when I spit out the outer capsule it looks like brown plastic. 3 stars because of the size. Otherwise it's good.
