Great customer service! Bought this for a family member, it was a bit large for a regular sized walker. When issuing a return, the company provided me a full refund and allowed me to keep it - very generous and kind. My family member enjoys fixing things so I am sure he will enjoy fixing this seat to his liking.

Was disappointed that it doesn't have a hinge and only small Velcro to attach. Have to take apart each time to use and not convenient for travel.

The media could not be loaded.  Roomy and looks neat.

This item seems well made and certainly works, but I would not recommend buying this for someone who is at all frail or weak and does not at least have an aid tending to them as they use it. I purchased this for my very elderly and frail mother and it is really too heavy to be practical for her. It adds some pounds to her walker and that is not helpful. While I cannot see what the inner support plank is made of, it feels as though it is something like a a 2" by 8" board of wood. There might be a different material that could be used other than wood that would not add as much weight to a walker, but I am not sure what that material would be. .... Otherwise, if you or the person this will be for is stronger and would not be burdened by the extra weight added to their walker, this seat should work fine for you.

heavy, do not know if i can make it work

I got this for my mom because she's disabled and sometimes needs a walker, especially after a surgery, and sometimes needs to sit and rest when walking. She isn't elderly or weak, but she does have a very bad back and knees. Having to attach then unattach this item every time she needed to fold up her walker got old quickly and it became too much of a hassle for her to want to deal with. Maybe there was a way to make this product a little less bulky, but we never figured it out and eventually just gave it away. It may be better for those who don't really have a need to fold up their walkers all the time, but my mom has a small house and having an open walker all the time takes up too much space.

This item was okay. It was a little bit heavy and cumbersome to work with (flipping up). I was getting for my dad, whom we care for - but for someone elderly, or in a weakened state, I think it might be too heavy for them to work with. Dad would not have managed this product without our help. As it turns out, it did not fit our model of walker, so I had to return it. It was easy to return, the company was easy to work with, and the refund was prompt.

Bought these for two elderly relatives at least 3 years ago. Just recently one of the straps came off of one of them . Both cushions were pretty flat by now. They both love the rest seats so we just purchased two more. They hadn't realized how much better the new cushions felt. One of them weights about 100 lbs and the other 130 lbs. I would say the cushions seats held up well to be used continually for over 3 years. They are sell made and the nylon straps go around one of the walker legs on each side and are held in place with velcro.
