This is sulphur based product. Anyone complaining about smell is absolutely clueless. It smells like clean sulphur, which is so good for your body. It will remind you of rotten eggs, but it is not. This is a gentle, advanced, very high quality detox supplement that can achieve a deep detox when properly administrated.

I purchased Amino-D-Tox because a health practitioner recommended it for liver-cleanse purposes. This product has a reputation for being a more gentle liver-cleanse than the usual herbal concoctions. I am a "canary"---very sensitive to many types of nutraceuticals. If I use one of these per day in the morning, my results are good. If I follow the basic recommended directions on the bottle (which say to use 3 pills per day)---it's too much for me to the point that these make me so wired I can't sleep at night. So---if you are very sensitive to any supplements or herbs/minerals/amino acids---you may want to take it "low and slow" with the dosage of Amino-D-Tox. About 6 months after I started using these supplements I realized that my thin scalp hair was starting to grow back! Over the years due to health issues, I had lost about 1/2 of the hair on my scalp. After using these for 5-6 months, a noticeable amount of the missing/lost hair began to grow back. However, I need to continue to take this and not quit---to maintain that hair regrowth.

I bot this a couple times in the past. I have mast cell activation, and let me tell u....NOT fun. I lost 112lbs due to severe food, scents and chemical sensitivities. I could hardly eat more than 250 cal a day. My holistic dr recommended detoxing so I did. She got expensive so started researching on my own and stumbled onto this product. I believe I took 1 bottle and when finished did another. Looking back I felt so much better on it. People do not realize just how toxic this world is. It affects our hormones even and once over burdened we can not detox on our own. This product was really effective. I am ordering 2 more bottles, and I love seeing the brown glass bottles, also less toxic. Look up just every day toxins, u will be shocked at the 1000's of toxins we take in daily.....disgusting!! I recommend this product. I may never stop taking it again.

Started taking it yesterday after thoroughly researching whether or not the odor was supposed to be there. The smell IS awful, and that’s NATURAL. Here’s a comment from the manufacturer: “Yes, this is perfectly normal, it has sulfur based amino acids that give it that unpleasant smell.”

Do not buy! This product smells toxic. The sealed top was bulging and when I took it off it smelled putrid. Reached out to company twice regarding a replacement and they have yet to respond. I spent a lot of money on these. I have told the doctor that prescribed them to choose a different brand for her patients as it appears this happens often and the company does not offer any customer support.

I started experiencing shaking of my right hand and a shaky voice after my mild heart attack five years ago. Last fall I saw a functional medicine doctor and he had me take these as part of his detox program. I noticed that I was less shaky, then I went off of them when the detox was over and the tremors returned. I have been taking now for a good six months and my tremors are all but gone. I also noticed that my cravings have lessen and I have a reduced appetite (don't get as hungry). I take two mid morning and that seems to work best for me.

My doctor/naturopathy gave me these to help de-tox my body. I also was breaking out terribly and this has helped clear up my skin, my nails have grown and my body is purging all the toxins. Great product, expensive, but worth it.

Excellent product!!! Has all the right aminos in the proper ratios to help with detoxing. I purchased this for my daughter and it has worked much better than all the other aminos we've tried. Her face has cleared up and her hormones are normalized. No more chronic inflammation either. It took about 2 months. This product has been a tremendous help with mercury detoxing.

The content label is different from what I have received. The first is one I saw online and the second is what I received. I will follow up on that.
